Good News!
The biopsies all came back: two were normal and one was pre-cancerous. The good news is that there are no more surgeries, and right now I'm just in healing mode with my elbow. I do get to go in every 3 months for the rest of this year and then every 6 months for 3-4 years; after that, as long as it doesn't come back, I'm on the routine yearly visit for the rest of my life. So it looks like we're out of the woods for now. It also looks like I shouldn't have much cancer go undetected in the future--now that I'm on the hit list I also have to be consistent with my annual physicals, mamograms, etc. Doctors will love me. I hope their kids enjoy college. . . .
